The ability to recognize innovative and creative business opportunities in the company and subsidiaries, capitalize and realize these through strategic directions in technology- organization- and business-development will be highly important for the new CEO. Furthermore, Building trust, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with investors, technical and commercial partners and other stakeholders will be of similar importance.
The following qualifications will be considered important:
- Master’s degree, preferably in technology or a combination of technology/business or agronomy
- Successfully brought a tech-company into international industrialization and marked penetration
- International management experience
- Experience from developing new business models, for example product as a service and digital business concepts.
- Tech savvy
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian (or another Scandiavian language) and English
