We are seeking a business-oriented CCO who will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing strategies to strengthen Metizoft's market position and increase revenue.
As the CCO at Metizoft, you will be responsible for leading the international sales force and drive the development of sales strategies that support the ambition of establishing Metizoft in strategic markets, and ensure global visibility and expansion. CCO is responsible for market, sales, agent network and the international operation in Asia, including CEO APAC.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include the development, implementation and monitoring of sales strategies to increase the demand for products and services provided by Metizoft.
The CCO is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensure higher customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities includes monitoring and analyzing market trends, collaboration with the product development team, and other operational departments.
Desired qualifications
We believe sales experience to, and good knowledge of, the maritime industry is essential to succeed in the role. It will also be an advantage to have knowledge of or experience with Software as a Service (SaaS). Relevant higher education, strong business acumen and familiarity with modern marketing principles in the role of CCO is important.
We seek a candidate with strong communication and negotiation skills, someone who is results-oriented and thinks strategically. You are enthusiastic and a motivator both for yourself and others. You are independent, proactive, and have a good ability to handle challenges and contribute to problem-solving.
The role will entail a certain amount of travelling.
